GOALS & OBJECTIVES

This Web-Journal is guided by objectives set forth by our Founder C. S. Franklyn in 1993:

1. Our audience shall be persons of average intelligence and curiosity who seek to expand their view of the World around them.

2. The types of articles and subjects offered will be dictated by several editorial concerns:

       a. When the professional MEDIA fails to tell the Truth, fails to be Honest and fails to be Thorough and Circumspect on a news item, BEJO will seek to improve the Readers understanding of that issue.

      b. Issues involving Cultural. Intellectual, Educational. Historical and Political content will be discussed frankly, thoroughly and with appropriate Respect. Major misconceptions of our Citizens due to a dishonest Media will receive special attention.

      c. The involvement of activists, dissidents and people known for their disruptive practices shall not be censored or discriminated as The Citizens of a Free Nation have a right to know who the Radicals and Extremists are in their midst.

3, We will focus on a readership ages 14 through 50.

4. We shall speak to our Readers as Citizens, Consumers, Parents and Workers.
