SHOULD CORPORATIONS  BE  PROTECTED BY OUR CONSTITUTION?  

   -- does a Corporation deserve the  Same Freedoms under the Bill of

The level and the tone of attacks by MEDIA corporations on the People of the United States since year 2000 is unprecedented! The absence of CITIZEN opposition to such behavior is shameful! Why has it NOT been condemned? Not a single voice has been raised on this matter! Is our understanding of our Constitution flawed or doesn't anyone care?

At this moment, efforts are underway to extend the Blessings of Liberty of OUR Constitution to people who are NOT even Citizens of this country! Even worse, is the coming decision by the present "conservative Court" to extend OUR Rights to the Terrorists captured on the field of battle or in terrorist operations -- those Jihadists who currently live better than the rest of us who are detained at the U.S. naval base at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba!

THE HIGH COST OF MEDIA MISCHIEF & SUBVERSIVE ACTIVISM

Since 2000AD the Time and Expense to respond and defend ourselves against MEDIA troublemaking has frustrated the entire process of Good, Effective and Timely Government! It has delayed the end of the war in Iraq by many months, causing our casualties to double! By revealing our lack of unity and resolve here at home, such behavior has delayed the solution of the Shiite vs Sunni Sectarian Conflict by at least 18 months! To the rest of the world, such behavior has caused a serious loss of Trust and Respect in our ability as a Government to function reliably -- which has diminished the value of the U.S. Dollar in world markets! BOTTOM LINE: A DISUNITED USA CONCERNS THE ENTIRE WORLD FAR MORE THAN THE CITIZENS OF THE USA!! WHY?

MEANWHILE, THE TV AND PRESS -- ALL MAJOR CORPORATIONS -- IN COOPERATION WITH POLITICAL FACTIONS HAVE ALL BUT PARALYZED OUR GOVERNMENT! IN THIS PROCESS, THESE POWERFUL MEDIA CORPORATIONS HAVE EXERTED AN AWESOME INFLUENCE OVER OUR CONGRESS AND OTHER FEDERAL AGENCIES, INFLUENCE THAT EXCEEDS AND FRUSTRATES THE SOVEREIGN POWER OF THE AMERICAN PEOPLE!! Truth is: Our Sovereign Power is mainly imaginary!

WE HAVE NO SUCH POWER, MY FRIENDS! POWER EXISTS ONLY WHEN IT IS ASSERTED AND DEMONSTRATED ON THE BATTLEFIELD OR IN THE HALLS OF OUR CONGRESS! NEED I POINT OUT THAT OUR CONGRESS IS A DYSFUNCTIONAL INSTITUTION! It serves the BUSINESS COMMUNITY WHICH INCLUDES A PARTISAN MEDIA WORLD THAT TODAY HAS PREYED UPON THE CITIZEN-CONSUMER IN MANY WAYS!   

THE FACT THAT THE LARGEST AND MOST FEARED LOBBY IN WASHINGTON IS AFFILIATED WITH THE DEMOCRATIC PARTY AND IS IN-BED WITH THE TV MEDIA CREATES AN ALLIANCE FEARED BY EVERY MEMBER OF CONGRESS!  THAT LOBBY IS ALSO JOINED TO OTHER GROUPS LIKE THE ACLU AND THE TRIAL LAWYERS AAJ, RELATIONSHIPS THAT HAVE EFFECTIVELY COMPROMISED THE ELECTED GOVERNMENT IN WASHINGTON!  IN EFFECT, ACTIONS OF THE AMERICAN PRESS & TV WERE INTENDED TO BRING DOWN THE BUSH GOVERNMENT WITHOUT ANY CONCERN FOR THE REAL THREATS POSED BY GLOBAL TERRORISM AND WHY IT HAS ATTACKED THE U.S.A.!

CORPORATIONS WERE NOT INCLUDED BY THE AUTHORS OF OUR CONSTITUTION FOR GOOD REASON WHICH RAISES THIS QUESTION: HOW DID CORPORATIONS BECOME PROTECTED BY OUR BILL OF RIGHTS?  CORPORATE  PERSONHOOD IS A LEGAL HOAX CREATED BY LAWYERS AND JUDGES WHO SERVE THE CORPORATIONS, NOT THE PEOPLE OF THIS COUNTRY!

WHO DOES THE U.S. CONSTITUTION PROTECT? WHO, PRIMARILY, WAS IT WRITTEN FOR? INDIVIDUAL CITIZENS LIKE YOU AND ME? OR DOES IT PROTECT THE CORPORATIONS WHO OPERATE THE TV STATIONS, THE NEWSPAPERS, THE BOOK & MAGAZINE PUBLISHING HOUSES, THE ADVERTISERS, ET AL? READ IT FROM COVER TO COVER, THEN ANSWER MY QUESTION!

WHAT IS THE GREAT THREAT I SEE?

IT IS SOMETHING INSIDIOUS AND DANGEROUS CALLED LEGALIZED VICIOUS PROPAGANDA AND ITS INFLUENCE OVER THE DECISIONS MADE BY OUR CITIZENS.  IT IS THE VERY THING THAT OUR FOUNDERS FEARED MOST FROM OUR NEW CENTRAL GOVERNMENT:  T H A T  I T  C O U L D  B E C O M E  A N   O P P R E S S I V E

 M A S T E R   L I K E   T H E   K I N G S    OF   E U R O P E !

OUR BILL OF RIGHTS EXISTS BECAUSE OF THE FRAMERS DISTRUST OF A UNIQUE IDEA CALLED A REPUBLIC WHICH THEY INTENDED TO BE OF LIMITED SCOPE and could never  overreach its  constitutional  authority!

THEREFORE, I feel confident in saying that they haD NO intent to let any one else assume control  over the people of the u.s.a. -- LEAST OF ALL, A NEWSPAPER EDITOR OR A RATINGS-SEEKING tV STATION MANAGER! 

Shame on US FOR LETTING THIS INSULT STAND UNCHALLENGED FOR SO

 MANY YEARS! Yes! MY FRIENDS -- our Constitution does have an

Achilles heel!  bY ALLOWING THIS CRIME to STAND UNCHALLENGED,

WE HAVE LEGALIZED YELLOW JOURNALISM, PORNOGRAPHY, VICIOUS

OUR CONSTITUTION EXCEPT AS IT RELATES TO A CITIZENS PERSONAL

THE INCLUSION OF CORPORATIONS MAKES OUR CONSTITUTION A JOKE

AND A TRAVESTY! THE VERY THINGS THAT ARE HAPPENING TO OUR

NATION, ITS MORAL DECAY AND ITS WANING POLITICAL VITALITY  CAN BE

TRACED DIRECTLY TO THIS ANOMALY IN OUR CONSTITUTION!

YOU CANNOT STOP THE ORGANIZATIONS WHO ARE DOING HARM TO OUR

I have read the Constitution many times and must confess that not until the last sixteen years have I come to see the MEDIA as a serious threat -- indeed, an enemy of the Individual Citizen! In the beginning, I saw newspapers and radio as part of a profession that formed an important Check & Balance on politicians and government.

In recent years, however, the Press has given more than Aid & Comfort to ENEMY CAUSES. It and its affiliated Television and Radio outlets have committed subversive acts that have emboldened Terror groups, promoted the financing of Terrorist activity against the USA and, worst of all, published lies and misrepresentations aimed at bringing down our duly elected Government. If the Democrats and their MEDIA friends had not opposed and harassed the Bush Administration, the Iraq War would have not lasted so long, nor have been so costly!

It has become quite clear to me that today's MEDIA is now functioning as a reckless espionage system that has undermined not only the conduct of our foreign policy BUT it has subverted the legitimate business of our political parties! These activities have become so bad that The U.S. Congress can no longer perform its constitutionally-mandated business! 60% of the time spent in Washington today is in bitter political conflict, NOT GOVERNANCE FOR WHICH WE PAY A CONSIDERABLE TAX FOR SALARIES, BRIBERY, GRAFT, EXCESSIVE EXPENSES and MUCH MORE!

We are a Nation in checkmate TODAY AND OUR CENTRAL GOVERNMENT IS NO LONGER ABLE TO CONDUCT THE AMERICAN PEOPLE'S BUSINESS! THE CULPRIT that IMPEDES OUR PROGRESS IS THE MEDIA WHICH IS THE MAGNET THAT HOLDS TOGETHER THE LIBERAL AND SOCIALIST FORCES WHOSE interests and GOALS EXTEND OUTSIDE OUR BORDERS! inside our borders, the same people undermine our culture and keep our society in a constant state of agitation. 

WHO, THEN,  IS OUR ENEMY? WHY HAS THE MEDIA BEEN ABLE TO DO THESE MALICIOUS THINGS? WHERE IN OUR CONSTITUTION DOES IT SAY THAT CORPORATIONS ENJOY THE SAME PROTECTIONS ESPECIALLY THE ONE PERMITTING FREEDOM OF SPEECH? OR THE RIGHT TO CARRY WEAPONS?

We may vote for our Reps and Senators and our President but when they get to Washington, they take their orders from THE PARTY.  The Party -- today, especially -- takes its orders from the LOBBYISTS! And, the People's attitudes are controlled by what the MEDIA feeds the People! Today the same group of people own and operate the companies  who operate these powerful, influential MEDIA organizations!

FURTHERMORE, THOSE WHO OWN THE MEDIA ARE THE MOST INFLUENTIAL ORGANIZATIONS THAT KEEP THE U.S.A. ALLIED WITH THE STATE OF ISRAEL IN AN UNHOLY ALLIANCE DEDICATED TO USING AMERICAN MILITARY POWER AND ECONOMIC CLOUT TO PROTECT ISRAEL AT ANY COST INCLUDING SPILLING THE BLOOD OF OUR OWN SONS AND DAUGHTERS!

OKAY: SHOW ME THE TREATY THAT WAS DULY NEGOTIATED WITH ISRAEL AND APPROVED BY CONGRESS! IT DOES NOT EXIST! IT IS HELD TOGETHER BY FEAR BY MEMBERS OF CONGRESS WHOSE JOBS ARE AT RISK IF THEY SPEAK FRANKLY ABOUT THE DANGEROUS PRESENCE OF THE ZIONISTS JEWS IN THE USA!

A TREATY WITH  ISRAEL DOES NOT EXIST!  IT IS JUST AS BOGUS AS THE WAY CORPORATIONS GAINED PROTECTION UNDER THE BILL OF RIGHTS NEARLY 90 YEARS AFTER THE CONSTITUTION BECAME THE LAW OF THESE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA! IT IS CALLED STEALTH DIPLOMACY AND THE USA DOES NOT DO BUSINESS THAT WAY! NONSENSE! -- IT HAS DONE BUSINESS THAT WAY WITH POWERFUL AMERICAN JEWS DOMINATING THESE AFFAIRS WITH MILLIONS OF DOLLARS AND THREATS BY THEIR MEDIA NETWORK TO REMOVE ELECTED OFFICIALS FROM OFFICE! FEAR RULES WASHINGTON TODAY AS CHUCK SCHUMER AND RAHM EMANUEL RUN ROUGHSHOD OVER EVERY ELECTED MEMBER!

While erecting a wall (i.e. Our Constitution) to protect the People from a tyrannical central government, did the Framers let the door wide open to permit MEDIA corporations to enjoy the Blessings of Liberty and OUR Bill of Rights? I THINK NOT! BUT, MY FRIENDS, IT HAPPENED AND THE ERROR WAS NOT CORRECTED! HOW MANY MORE WAYS CAN I SAY THIS! 

WHAT UTTER NONSENSE IS THIS!  IS THIS TRUE? HOW DID THE NEW YORK TIMES BECOME PROTECTED UNDER THE FIRST AMENDMENT SO THEY CAN LIE WITHOUT BEING HELD ACCOUNTABLE UNDER THE LAW?  DO YOU APPROVE OF THAT KIND OF A CORRUPT SYSTEM? 

PLEASE DON'T MISUNDERSTAND WHAT I AM SAYING: EVERY LEGITIMATE CITIZEN AT THE NEW YORK TIMES IS PROTECTED BY OUR CONSTITUTION AS A PRIVATE PERSON! BUT THAT HUGE NEWSPAPER AS AN ECONOMIC FORCE AND AN INFORMER OF THE PUBLIC IS NOT A PERSON LIKE EACH OF US! UNDER certain unfriendly MANAGEMENTS A NEWSPAPER OR A TV STATION CAN ADOPT A POSITION THAT IS CONTRARY TO THE FUTURE SECURITY OF THIS COUNTRY AND  WE COULD NOT TAKE EFFECTIVE ACTION AGAINST THEM BECAUSE THEY ARE PROTECTED BY THE RIGHT OF FREEDOM OF SPEECH! MORE SHOCKING IS THE FACT THAT THE PRESENT SITUATION MEANS A TERRORIST GROUP POSING AS A PRIVATE CORPORATION CAN ESTABLISH ITSELF IN THIS COUNTRY AND HAVE THE RIGHT TO BEAR ARMS THAT COULD BE USED AGAINST US.

DISCOVERY!  BUT IS IT TOO LATE?   

My friends, here, AGAIN, is the ACHILLES HEEL in our much-revered Constitution!  This is the skunk in the American woodshed! The Tyranny of THE PRESS AND THE ELECTRONIC MEDIA  exists because corporations have been allowed to climb aboard the Constitution and its "Blessings of Liberty" that were clearly intended for WE, THE PEOPLE AND OUR POSTERITY -- NOT FOR MULTI-BILLION DOLLAR CORPORATIONS WHO HAVE MORE THAN PROFIT ON THEIR MINDS TODAY!

THE OWNERS OF TODAY'S MEDIA SEEK POWER OVER YOUR MIND BOTH AS VOTERS AND CONSUMERS! THEY ARE USING THEIR CHANNELS TO INDUCE YOUR CHILDREN TO ADOPT HOMOSEXUAL LIFESTYLES. They have taught you what to laugh at, what to applaud and what to boo plus what to buy even without knowing the real price of it!

TODAY'S MEDIA IS DEEPLY INVOLVED IN POLITICAL IDEOLOGY THAT IS CLEARLY UN-AMERICAN! IT HAS AN AGENDA OF ITS OWN AND IT IS PURSUING IT WITH NO CONCERN FOR THE HARM IT IS DOING, NOR THE FACT THAT IT IS DOING IT ON OUR TIME AND ON OUR SOIL!

I DEPLORE THIS CONSTITUTIONAL SITUATION! AT A TIME THAT OUR JUDICIAL EXPERTS ARE SO CONCERNED THAT WE TREAT ENEMY POWS AND DETAINEES AS IF THEY ARE CITIZENS OF THE USA, THEY TURN A BLIND EYE TO THIS ISSUE I AM POINTING OUT!  VIRTUALLY, EVERY ONE OF THESE EVENTS THAT ATTACK THE CHRISTIAN-CULTURE ARE BEING INSTIGATED BY ZIONIST JEWS WHO ARE CITIZENS OF ISRAEL. THE COMING CRISIS IN OUR NATIONAL ECONOMY IS THE RESULT OF JEWISH SUBVERSION AIMED AT DESTROYING THE AMERICAN CULTURE, ITS CHRISTIAN FOUNDATION AND INSTITUTIONS LIKE OUR SCHOOLS WHICH JEWISH TEACHERS UNIONS INFILTRATED SOON AFTER THE END OF WW-II.

REMEMBER WHAT EDMUND BURKE SAID SO ELOQUENTLY EVEN BEFORE THE DECLARATION OF INDEPENDENCE WAS WRITTEN!

THIS MAKES IT QUITE EASY FOR MEDIA PEOPLE TO EXPLOIT THAT CONFUSION AND CONVINCE THE VOTER TO VOTE BASED UPON BAD, MISCHIEVOUS OR EVEN EVIL MOTIVATIONS! THE POTENTIAL FOR SUCH MEDIA OUTLETS TO DO THIS HARM IS MAGNIFIED BY GIVING A NEWSPAPER OR A TV STATION THE PROTECTIONS THAT OUR FRAMERS OF THE CONSTITUTION INTENDED ONLY  FOR THE PRIVATE CITIZEN AND NO ONE ELSE! 

NO CORPORATION, LEAST OF ALL A MEDIA GIANT AND THE PRESS SHOULD BE PROTECTED BY THE BILL OF RIGHTS! IT IS AN OPEN INVITATION TO LET THE MEDIA  LIE AND MISREPRESENT THE FACTS WHENEVER IT SUITS THEM!  IF A CORPORATION IS LEGITIMATELY PROTECTED TO THE SAME EXTENT  THAT WE PRIVATE CITIZENS ARE,  WAS IT A FLUKE OR AN ACT OF GENIUS BY LAWYERS?

IN 1886, THERE WERE ONLY NEWSPAPERS AND AN EMERGING TELEGRAPH WIRE SERVICE! RADIO & TV DID NOT EXIST!  THE MEDIA AS WE KNOW IT TODAY DID NOT EXIST! TODAY, THE ELECTRONIC MEDIA CORPORATIONS WITH THEIR MINUTE-TO-MINUTE PRESENCE IN OUR HOMES, CARS AND WORKPLACES HAVE OUR ATTENTION MORE THAN ANY OTHER COMMUNICATIONS SOURCE! WE ARE SLAVES TO THE ELECTRONIC MEDIA! THEY PULL ALL SORTS OF ABUSIVE TACTICS AND INSULTS TO OUR INTELLIGENCE AND WE SIT IN SILENCE LIKE ROBOTS! WHEN DID MY COUNTRY LOSE ITS MANHOOD, ITS DISGUST AND HATRED OF LIES AND DECEPTION? WE SEEM TO HAVE GRAVITATED FROM GOOD, NORMAL PEOPLE DOWN THROUGH THE ENTIRE SPECTRUM OF MENTAL LEVELS: FOOLS, MORONS, IDIOTS AND IMBECILES IN JUST A MATTER OF 100 YEARS! 

ANALYZING THE RESULTS OF THIS LONG HIDDEN ERROR

What happened to "representative government"? Since the Boomers took over this Nation, whatever so-called 'democracy' we had, has disappeared! Our two-party political system has virtually disappeared INTO ONE! Why? Frustrated by these confusing events, the American People are NOW clamoring for a "direct democracy"! The popularity and power of polling and opinion polls by TV stations proves how eager the Citizens are to make known their attitudes and feelings! Is this not clear evidence of the People's frustration and impatience? IF SO, WHY DO YOU CONTINUE TO ELECT MEMBERS TO THE CONGRESS WHO ARE UNEDUCATED, DISHONEST & IMMORAL? THE TV STATION YOU WATCH MOST OF THE TIME TELLS YOU WHAT TO BUY, WHAT TO BELIEVE AND WHO TO VOTE FOR!

THIS IS A TIME WHEN THE SILENT ENEMY MAKES HIS GREATEST GAINS AGAINST US! AT THIS MOMENT, A MINORITY GROUP CALLED THE ENVIRONMENTALISTS ARE BLOCKING DRILLING FOR OIL WHILE 76% OF THE CITIZENS FAVOR OPENING OUR OWN OIL FIELDS! AMAZINGLY, THOSE PEOPLE WHO ARE BITCHING ABOUT OIL PRICES ARE THE ONES WHO VOTE FOR DEMOCRATS AND THEIR KOOKY GREEN PEOPLE!  'SPLAIN ME!

Our Congress, under the iron heel of AIPAC (AMERICAN-ISRAEL PUBLIC AFFAIRS COMMITTEE, WASHINGTON LOBBY)  no longer listens to the People, a reaction that is leading desperate People to seek remedies that are dangerous to Our Great Republic! AS OUR ATTENTION IS FOCUSED ON GASOLINE PRICES AND MANY OTHER MORE EXCITING ISSUES (like electing a Black President WHO RETAINS HIS Muslim name), THE MEDIA CORPORATIONS AND THE NETWORK FOR SOCIAL, POLITICAL, EDUCATIONAL AND CULTURAL CHANGE CONTINUES ITS NEFARIOUS WORK AGAINST YOU AND ME AND OUR FAMILIES! NOT A SOUL REPRESENTS US IN WASHINGTON OR IN OUR STATE CAPITOLS TODAY!

Frankly, while I share the frustrations of my fellow Americans, I believe the sickness that afflicts us requires a simpler and less desperate medication than going to a Direct Democracy, which is another name for Socialized anarchy!

FIRST, TO RECLAIM OUR SOVEREIGNTY, WE MUST DENY CORPORATIONS THE BENEFITS OF OUR CONSTITUTIONAL FREEDOMS! TO PROTECT THE PRESS AND THE ELECTRONIC MEDIA FREEDOM OF SPEECH IS LIKE HANDING THE KEYS TO OUR NUCLEAR ARSENAL TO IRAN'S PRESIDENT AHMADINEJAD!

Having searched carefully for an answer to my question above, I have now concluded that the Constitution's Framers would NOT and did NOT grant to CORPORATIONS the same protections that it granted to the Individual Citizen. The INTENT of the authors of the Constitution was to construct a Contract between a new entity called the U.S. Federal Government -- THE UNION -- and its Citizens so that it (the Government) WOULD never become an Oppressive Master as was true in many governments of that day. While it is true that each Citizen enjoys the same protections and Liberties, they do so in their persona as PRIVATE INDIVIDUALS, NOT as Owners and Managers of a Business Enterprise. The Test of WHO is a Citizen, a Person, is quite simple: if an Individual is a legal Citizen, he or she may enter a voting booth and fill out a Ballot! CORPORATIONS cannot do that!     

Therefore, in their Business Persona, those guarantees should not carry over!  Ergo, the Private Citizen is the primary and only kind of PERSON that our Constitution recognizes and, therefore, protects! Does a Corporation have the right to vote? Not that I know of, hence, the argument claiming  "corporate personhood" for a business enterprise is ridiculous and false! UNLESS A CORPORATION CAN REGISTER TO VOTE AND WALK INTO A VOTING BOOTH AND VOTE, IT CANNOT ENJOY THE PROTECTIONS OF OUR CONSTITUTION!  PERIOD!!!!!!

HOW ARE WE GOING TO GET THIS UNWELCOME PASSENGER OUT OF OUR WAGON?

Given the preceding thoughts, I now raise this question for National Attention and Debate with the intent to address this issue directly to the United States Supreme Court, and

Simultaneously, I propose that all States shall include with their balloting in November 2008, a REFERENDUM that asks the following question:

Should the Constitutional guarantees like Freedom of Speech, the Right to Own and Carry Guns or any of the provisions in The Bill of Rights also apply to Businesses, Corporations and Commercial entities or Advocacy groups or any kind of group  created for Profit, for Power, Advocacy or for any purpose WHATSOEVER?

How would you answer this Referendum?    Yes____ or  No____
