The Democratic Party Primary
Campaigns (2004, 06 & 08) have made clear that
their
DIVIDE & RULE strategy has succeeded in creating two major
divisions in our population: those who live in America and those who
live in the United States of America. There are major differences
between these two groups and we would like to show our readers how
those differences compare. Where do you stand?

5a. A person should pay taxes consistent with their ability to share in the cost of Federal, State & Local government. The total taxes levied on the Average Citizen* should not exceed 25% of their Income. 5b. Only the Rich should pay taxes. That's a person who earns more than $60,000/year. A once-a-year $25.00 per Capita tax is OK for the rest of us!

9a. Children of former Slaves have no right to reparations as they have already received substantial welfare & preferential treatment as a form of reparations over the past 50 years. 11a. Government should Protect, Serve, and promote Fairness and Equality unless it creates a special class. 15a. College Education should be available to those who qualify to do college-level work based upon student's earned grades. 15b. 19a. Including the word GOD in the Pledge of Allegiance does not establish a state religion in the Federal government. 19b. The word GOD should not be included in the Pledge, nor on our money or any place except in private use. It offends atheists and terrorists. We should be nice to everybody! 20a. The U.S. Constitution shall be changed only in accordance with the amending process contained in the Constitution itself. 20b. The Constitution needs to be changed to comply with the thinking of the People and Changing Times.

23a. Payment of medical bills and insurance premiums is the responsibility of the Individual or the head of the family. Health insurance does not succeed because everyone has his or her own healthcare needs. It is a political gimmick! Health Insurance is a form of financial communism that is prone to abuse by irresponsible people which drives costs sky high! Healthcare begins with people living healthy Lifestyles! That is Our Responsibility! 23b. Universal Health Care should be provided through a government program paid for via a Federal tax plan on the Rich. 24a. The Voting System should be the same in all states. Standard voting will prevent cheating, disenfranchisement of voters, reduce costs, standardize rules governing primaries and stop cross-over voting. 24b. 26a. Offensive material, obscene language etc on TV/Radio should be controlled by the FCC in consideration of children and young people. 31a. Every child should receive a basic CORE education to make them literate, enabling them to learn more through study so they can earn a good living. (i.e., be independent). 31b. Schools should teach whatever the Parents want their children to learn. Athletics and team sports must be stressed over useless information!

32a. Schools are the responsibility of local communities with some guidance from the Federal government such as setting and monitoring compliance to National Standards. The first priority is Literacy! 32b. The Federal government should control all aspects of public school education -- including breakfast, lunch and after-school basketball.

33a. Pork Barrel Bills in Congress should not be "hidden" in Consolidation bills and other more critical bills. This abusive practice could be corrected by a new Presidential Veto law, but the Congress has blocked it ever since the Supreme Court struck down the first law that gave the President the Line Item Veto! 33b. 34a. The National Debt must be arbitrarily increased in time of War or Disaster. Extensions of the debt limit requires a super majority (i.e., 60%) & suspends increases in entitlement programs during the emergency. 34b, Just print more money and increase taxes on the Rich! 35a. Appointment of Federal judges should be subject to a Recall procedure. Using such positions on the bench to circumvent the intent of a law or to conduct political mischief is wrong. 35b. 36a. People who do not pay taxes should not receive Refunds. How can you refund something they never paid? Sounds like extortion! FICA was never a tax until Democrat President Johnson moved the Social Security Fund into the General Budget -- an improper maneuver to steal money that was collected for the Citizen's pensions. 36b. 38a. Liability lawsuits must be subject to a Peer Review before going to court. Awards should be limited to a fair amount reflecting the victim's real loss. Lawyers' billings must be controlled by the Reasonableness Rule. 38b. Lawsuits benefit the Poor, Ignorant and Vulnerable and there should be no restrictions. Lawyers work hard for their money according to ATLA/AAJ!

41a. The U.S. Constitution was written to apply to the individual Citizens, NOT to protect the Corporations and Business Firms of this country. The use of the 14th Amendment to apply the Bill of Rights, especially the First Amendment to Corporations should be stopped. Only the Private Citizen is specifically addressed by the Constitution, not Corporations, especially not Corporations involved in TV, RADIO and PRINT MEDIA activity! Protecting the MEDIA with Freedom of Speech gives those private & politically allied corporations a license to spread lies and propaganda with impunity!
