We have complained several times before that laws should be written that specifically spell out the INTENT of that statute. Unless the INTENT is discussed in a Preamble, a bill could be written and enacted into law without achieving its purpose! If this sounds strange, that's exactly what it is! STUPID, ALSO! But it has happened and will happen again because partisan lawyers write our laws! The more ambiguous a law is, the more it can cause controversy which means more income for lawyers! Next year about this time, we could have a President whose husband was President for two terms from 1993 through 2000! I am sure you remember that Arkansas gang named Clinton whose Administration and Cabinet was the closest thing to a circus of any in recent memory! Looking, sounding and smelling like a Soap Opera, the Clinton Duo, a pair of lawyers who decided in school they would run for The White House someday, all but turned the Nation's First Home into a pedophiles dream, not to mention a whore house with hot and cold running interns! But -- in case it has escaped your attention -- I feel obliged to note that The 22nd Amendment of the U.S. Constitution was written to prevent a President from occupying the Presidency for more than two terms or eight years. Now, the question arises: if a former President's spouse is elected President, would this not be for all intents and purposes a circumvention of the intent of the 22nd Amendment? The issue is the presence of that spouse in The White House where he or she can be involved in hour-to-hour Executive decision-making! DISCUSSION What does the 22nd Amendment say? First, the Amendment has two Sections, of ten and four lines! Typical of many legal documents of considerable importance, this amendment is a masterpiece of brevity and lacks even the slightest hint as to why it was necessary and what it intended to accomplish! It is a lawyer's masterpiece! The ratification procedure that requires two-thirds of the state legislatures approval is also lacking in opportunities to take specific exceptions to the amendment. Such an opportunity would provide a more circumspect review of the new amendment and this could have led to some states demanding a clear statement of the INTENT of the Amendment. Considering the significance of Amendments, the Format and Procedure lacks comprehensive justifications. Obviously, since the INTENT of the 22nd Amendment does not exist, it and every other Amendment should be challenged and raised to U.S. Supreme Court review. A special Constitutional Convention would have to meet to review this massive neglect. More than likely, the Jew lawyers who write Amendments would act to block such a corrective action. Since others have been calling for a new Constitutional Convention to modernize our Constitution, any effort to improve anything in it will cause considerable furor. The result of such a new Convention could be a disaster since we are no longer a UNITED People! In one century, Jew Activists have divided us into warring and competing factions -- the old Divide & Rule game! However, how impossible it may seem, there is no reason why WE cannot -- here and now -- make our own correction and apply it to the upcoming National Election! WHAT WAS THE REAL INTENT It was the four consecutive terms of President Franklin Delano Roosevelt that led to the enactment of the 22nd Amendment. Roosevelt came into office in the midst of the worst Economic Depression ever experienced in the U.S.A. and he was so popular that people believed he was bigger than Life, a hero and our first True charismatic World Leader! The events of the 1929 Stock Market Crash, the ensuing Depression and the Attack of the Japanese at Pearl Harbor created an almost seamless series of events which made Roosevelt the only logical choice for each term, even though it was obvious in the election of 1944 that he was in very poor health and likely would not survive the fourth term. That is why the selection of Senator Harry Truman as Vice President was so crucial to the Zionist Jews who were preparing to declare statehood. Truman was known to be a pro-Israel supporter! Zionist Jews Weissman and Ben Gurion had Truman in their pocket simply because many Christians believe Jews and Christians are like one. The idea that joins them is in The Old Testament! The fallacy in this instance is that Zionists are not the real Jews -- they are a dangerous minority who will stop at nothing to dominate every environment and every society wherever they manage to infiltrate! We are in the cross-hairs of every Muslim Ak-47 in the World because of our blind support of Zionist Israel! THE REAL ISSUE: A DANGEROUS CONCENTRATION OF POWER But what was the real issue? It was concern that more than two terms as President would lead to excessive concentration of executive power and influence over government and public policy matters! The longer a person or a party holds political power, the greater the opportunity and, therefore, the possibility that he or she will seriously compromise the processes by which politics and representative government can function. Power tends to evolve into absolute, tyrannical power! When you have a charismatic leader, these concerns become even more worrisome because the Nation and its People lose their rationality! This is an interesting issue since Roosevelt's Party, the Democrats and the New Dealers continued to control the Congress almost continuously until 1994 when Democrats lost the Congress! Although the Republicans managed to elect five Presidents, they were hobbled by solid Democratic Congresses. George W. Bush was the first Republican who had a Republican Congress! That, among other things, is why the Democrats and the Jewish MEDIA resorted to even treasonous behavior to undermine his Administration -- many times! WHAT THE CLINTONS REPRESENT Bubba, a charismatic fellow with the Blacks, ambitious but wayward females, many bumpkins and a large population of Hollywood type atheistic and homosexual Jews, will be not just an invaluable advisor to his wife, but as a Duo, we have that indefinable magic much like the Perons of Argentina -- a pair that the poor populace adored and much appreciated by the super rich Jews in Hollywood whose morality fits the "Whatever It Takes" political personality of the Clintons. They are a rare couple! She is not just confident, pompous and Lady MacBeth-like, but she has a quick temperament to read the riot act to men and woman alike! If the direction of her political ship was not headed toward Socialism, I might vote for her! If she booted Bill out of her Life, I would definitely vote for her! Why? Because we need a strong, confident leader who -- once in office -- would deal with a number of issues that none so far have the chutpah/guts to touch! We need a leader who will tell the Blacks to get their People shaped up and on the right track toward independence, self-reliance and stop expecting a Privileged Status in perpetuity! We need a leader who can read a Compass and know what is Right for the USA. Sadly, Hillary Clinton only knows what's LEFT-- Far Left! CONCLUSION Coupled with broad based Jewish Support from the Hollywood sector, pro-Israel Zionist Jew support, and the Jew MEDIA, the Clintons stand today as the most powerful couple in the USA! This power and influence is based upon a relationship formed in 1994 when Bill Clinton lost the Democrat Congress which led to his selling his Soul to the Zionist Jews! Hillary was a major mover in that evil alliance! That relationship remains intact as the Fate of Israel remains undecided due to the growing strength of the Islamic Nations that surround Israel. ISRAEL is the key chessman on the board today and it influences everything political in the USA at this critical moment! I have no quarrel with Israel except how it was established by terrorism and deceit and tactics no less inhuman than that brought down on the Jews in Germany by Hitler's Third Reich! I see the return of Bill Clinton to The White House as the spouse of the new Clinton President as a subtle end run around the 22nd Amendment! Both he and Hillary have publicly raised questions about the two-term limitation. As we elect younger and younger Presidents, such issues will arise. Even the Constitution's requirement that a President must be born in this country is being questioned as the Kennedy family wants to put Arnold Schwarzenegger into The White House! WE MUST REDRAW A LINE IN THE SAND THAT ALL CAN SEE! WHAT CAN YOU DO? No official action will ever be taken to clarify the 22nd Amendment! No one has the courage or the sense of justice that I suggested when urging that we get a Supreme Court clarification. I urge you, the Citizen, to demand that every bill in Congress include a Statement of INTENT. What about Bill and Hillary? DO NOT VOTE FOR THEM, MY FRIENDS! Another Clinton Presidency with Hillary Unleashed, will be a disaster beyond anyone's imagination! Their return would validate moral turpitude, legitimize Sodomy and prove to the World that the American People have lost their way! Folks, it is time to vote our Conscience and forget about Party labels. If the candidates presented are unsatisfactory, tell your state or county that you want a new choice on the ballot called: NONE OF THE ABOVE! Just staying home only helps Our Enemies! You want to Make A Difference, my fellow citizens? That is where you should start! Stop the Clinton Train before it gets to the station!
